Glass Half-Full

I usually veiw the glass as half full rather that half empty. It might be that way because that just the way everybody else refered to it and it sounds like improper grammer to me when somebody says "half emtpy."
Half full should be the way it is said because when its said the other way all the time it become mildly annoying to me just for no reason and so then people wont think you're a pessimist and youll seem more optimistic.
I also call it half full for more of an actual reason than just because. When ever you're filling somthing up like a gas tank or glass of water you're adding to the volume which is moving it closer to being full, so it should be refered to as that because full it the desired amount, and not empty.
And even when the gas tank is running low because youre burning it all up and its moving closer to empty it should still be said as half-full because the gas tank is supposed to be full and not empty or else the car wouldnt run.
And I also think that I'm gonna stop typing on this because it seems a bit stupid and difficult to write a blog about a glass being half full or empty.
